We will do our best to ensure you receive the best quality produce. However fresh fruit and veg is not always perfect. If you are not happy with the quality of an item please get in touch straight away either by phone or email. We will happily replace the item or refund the price. 

Similarly not all produce is available at the market each morning. If you have ordered an item and it is not available there will be a note in your box to explain the missing item and we will refund the price.
